A Cost-Effective Multi-Output Induction Heating with Advanced Control for Enhanced Efficiency

Induction heating (IH) technology has become increasingly popular across various industries, including household and medical applications, due to its numerous advantages such as high productivity, rapid heating rate, safety, cleanliness, and precise regulation. Additionally, IH is environmentally friendly and does not require physical contact. The increasing popularity of induction heating systems is a result of progress in power electronics, control methodologies, and magnetic component design, which have contributed to the creation of highly reliable and cost-effective systems. In this research, we suggest an inverter configuration for solar-powered, dual-output IH cooking applications. The primary goal of this suggestion is to minimize component count, circuit dimensions, and cost. The proposed configuration allows for independent and simultaneous control of these loads. Through this innovative design, we aim to make IH technology more accessible and efficient, while maintaining its key benefits. Ultimately, this study contributes to the ongoing development and improvement of IH technology for diverse applications.
