Corpse Whisper: Indonesian Movie and YouTube Comments Interaction Navigating Sarcasm and Critics

In this study, there is an exploration of comments on the YouTube platform from a video that is currently viral in Indonesia, which are used by researchers to analyze attitudes and how viewers express their opinions. The YouTube video is one of the works a famous artist in Indonesia who has a lot of sensation. This video is a film titled Corpse Whisper (Bisikan Jenazah in Indonesian) which was uploaded on a YouTube channel called Bersahaja Entertainment with a duration of one hour and 25 minutes. The data then analyzed the types of comments on videos that are dominated by sarcasm comments by Indonesian. This study aims to understand how Indonesian netizens use the YouTube comment feature to express their thoughts and personal opinions on videos, actors, visualizations, and background music that are different from their expectations. Our study also takes a deeper look at how sarcasm comments influence getting more views on Corpse Whisper videos. The results of our research on sarcasm comments on Corpse Whisper videos have succeeded in increasing engagement on the Bersahaja YouTube account
