Regional Operation and Maintenance Outage Planning Optimization Model Considering Time Sequence Optimization

Aiming at the selection of operation and maintenance (O&M) time of distribution equipment, this paper establishes an optimization model of regional O&M outage plan. The model takes the minimum outage loss as the objective function, and takes outage time, guaranteed power supply, simultaneous O&M as constraints. In order to be closer to the actual situation of the project, the O&M outage plan is formulated on a regional basis, and the best outage time is selected to carry out the O&M work on the equipment to be operated and maintained in the region within the outage time. Finally, the adaptive mutation particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimization model. The effectiveness of the regional O&M outage planning optimization model is verified by an example, which ensures the minimum outage loss, reduces the outage time of equipment, and improves the power supply reliability of the distribution network.
