It helps to tackle customer inquiries digitally and determine whether to purchase any particular company product and maintain the review platform good to protect the face of the company. This research study discusses how NLP and ML work together to implement the sentiment analysis. It also discusses about how NLP use certain tools and how it codes the human language and their way of transferring the data to meaningful conclusion and also discusses about the use of python in ML model to perform sentiment analysis.
