Robust Strategies and Health Management Practices of Airborne Fire Control Radar

In target detection of airborne fire control radar, information such as target, noise and interference enters the receiving channel at the same time. Robustness design and rapid reflection ability underlie its survival in saber. Some robust strategies and maintenance methods in the three failure stages of radar are introduced. Also the concept of transformation from predictive to condition based maintenance is put forward. An embedded PHM (Prediction and Health Management) system adapted to airborne fire control radar is constructed, and the development of intelligence in airborne cognitive radar is prospected. Finally, through the architecture of radar and electronic warfare in the confrontation environment, some ideas of integrating PHM and emerging technologies at home and abroad are proposed.
