The Effect of TEOS Ratio and Calcination Temperature on Photoluminescence of Electrospun Luminescent Fibers

In this experiment, electrospinning was carried out by making a PVP-based precursor solution, changing the concentration of TEOS during the process, and calcining the nanofibers at different temperatures to observe the result of its photoluminescence spectrum. The photoluminescence spectrometer was used for the analysis of this experiment. The experimental results show that when the electrospun TEOS is 0.15g and the calcination temperature is 800°C, the highest peaks appear at 590 and 615nm respectively, and when the TEOS is 0.25g and the calcination temperature is 800°C, the lowest peaks appear at 589 and 615nm respectively. From the observation results, it can be seen that among different control groups, changing the calcination temperature under the same TEOS grammage may not lead to a linear increase in the luminous intensity, but using the same temperature under different grammage of TEOS, it can be seen that as the TEOS ratio increases, the fiber luminous intensity also decreases.
