Analysis of a Novel 4D Chaotic Oscillator for Communication Systems Up to 6 GHz

In this paper, a novel four-dimensional chaotic oscillator used in secure communications can oscillate up to 6 GHz is presented, employing a bipolar transistor BFG410W with a threshold frequency of 22 GHz, this new chaotic system combines two versions of the famous chaotic Colpitts oscillator. The analysis of this oscillator was carried out in two phases, the first phase was done by adopting a mathematical model of circuit and solving it using MATLAB simulator, while the second phase is to simulate the circuit of the proposed oscillator under ADS simulator.
