Measuring the Effects of Employee Face-to-Face interactions on their Productivity Through IR Badges

Maximizing the potential of human resources is a goal for all organizations. IoT devices can be used to collect data and analyze employee productivity as an objective source. This study focuses on the use of operational data and its connection to face-to-face employee interactions to analyze the statistics using machine learning algorithms to study employee interaction as a factor affecting employee productivity.
