Optimal FIR Filter Design using Invasive Weed Optimization with Horizontal Crossover Operator

This study proposes an optimization method for the optimal design of finite impulse response (FIR) filters. The suggested method is based on the combination of the invasive weed optimization (IWO) and horizontal crossover operator methodology. The IWO technique has excellent exploration search., nonetheless., occasionally exhibits limited ability to fully exploit promising search locations. The proposed technique is tested on 20
