Remote Monitoring System for Machine Building Equipment Based on Digital Image Processing

Monitoring technology has a long history and is an important technical area of the industry. The expansion of the scale of industrial business operations, the increasing complexity of the environment, the more diverse monitoring targets and the structure of monitoring systems are becoming more and more diverse. The purpose of this paper is to study a remote monitoring system for machine building equipment based on digital image processing. The system model of B/S is selected for application to the remote monitoring system of printing machinery, and the data interaction of the system is realised through a web server. The digital image processing is analysed and applied to the video monitoring subsystem. The steps for testing the basic functions of the system image transmission are described as well as the results. The results of the video data transmission integrity test show that the design of this remote monitoring system meets the expected indicators.
