Integrated Planning of Cyber Physical Distribution System Considering High-Proportion Photovoltaic Access

With a large number of distributed energy access to distribution network, traditional distribution network has gradually developed into a cyber physical distribution system which is highly cyber-physical coupling. Current researches mainly plan the cyber side independently based on the existing physical side planning scheme. To consider the effect of coupling between physical side and cyber side, this paper conducts collaborative planning for energy storage configuration and communication network topology to solve the voltage exceeding problem caused by photovoltaic access in distribution network. At the same time, the control effect of different communication topology planning schemes is considered to avoid insufficient or excessive investment in the planning scheme. Finally, the economy and control effect of the proposed planning scheme are verified by a 25-bus low-voltage distribution network system.
