Research on Electromagnetic Simulation of the Electromagnetic Heating Roller

Based on Maxwell equations in electromagnetic field theory, a new type of electromagnetic heating roller is designed by using electromagnetic induction heating principle, which is applied in the field of textile coating composite processing. It solves many problems existing in traditional processing methods such as steam heating, oil heating and electrical resistance heating. Compared with traditional heating methods, it can achieve lower energy consumption. In this paper, the electromagnetic thermal coupling model is built by using the Ansys Workbench platform, and the electromagnetic heating roller is simulated, and the feasibility of the design is verified according to the simulation results.
