Research on the Inertia Identification of AC Servo System Based on Asynchronous Motor

In practical industrial applications, offline identification occupies a mainstream position in the identification of moment of inertia. The main purpose is to perform initial parameter debugging after on-site assembly or factory testing, which is also the premise for the subsequent stable operation of the system. At present, the principle of off-line identification of moment of inertia is relatively clear and simple, but the application process is more complicated and limited to the specific application range. When the same set of identification methods is applied to different operating speed, the identification accuracy fluctuates greatly. It is impossible to ensure that the controller parameters set by this can make the system have better dynamic and steady-state performance. Therefore, there is a lack of an identification method with high accuracy and suitable for various identification systems. In this regard, in order to improve the identification accuracy of the moment of inertia in the servo system and expand its application range, the commonly used off-line identification method is improved, and the improved method is verified by experiments. It shows that the identification accuracy of the improved method is obviously improved. The identified inertia identification value is applied to the controller parameter setting of the system, and it can be found that the system can have better dynamic and steady-state performance.
