Prospective Means for the Analysis and Recognition of Terahertz Images

This paper is based on the analysis and recognition of terahertz images. Terahertz imaging is now extremely popular due to its power to see through opaque objects. So, this type of imaging can be used in the detection of hidden objects, medical diagnoses, and many other real-life applications. This paper has two significant contributions: firstly, how to properly analyze terahertz images and the difficulties faced while analyzing them. In addition, we shall propose methods to overcome the difficulties. Secondly, how to recognize the terahertz images using a deep learning framework by inspecting grey and coloured images generated by terahertz cameras.
