The electronic computer local area network provides convenience for the realization of real-time cost budget control; based on the local area network environment, the budget control is accounted for, with the help of the accounting processing program, the preset report message and the index analysis and evaluation system, the daily cost of the company can be completedly controlled. This paper adopts the particle swarm algorithm, which can reach the global optimal value faster than the genetic algorithm, and is basically not affected by the increase of the peak value and dimension of the problem, and has strong advantages in dealing with complex, especially multi-peak problems.
