Risk Management of Aerospace Stand-Alone Device Supply Chain

Aerospace stand-alone device is one of the core components of the spacecraft development system, and it’s supply chain management plays an extremely important role in the development system of the whole spacecraft engineering model. Risk in the whole supply chain, especially quality and reliability risk management directly determine the success of the task. With the deepening of specialized division of labor, the supply chain management of aerospace stand-alone device is developing from inside the wall to the whole chain outside the wall. The risks of the upstream and downstream partners of the supply chain will eventually be transmitted to the general unit. This paper is oriented to supply chain risk management, based on manufacturing supply chain theory [1], a method of “prevention first, risk moving forward and differentiated management” is proposed. It also explored and practiced specific working methods in typical links such as supplier sourcing access, on-site audit, new category identification and verification in the whole life cycle construction of aerospace stand-alone device supply chain [2].
