What Do Transgender Software Professionals Say About a Career in the Software Industry?

We investigate transgender software professionals’ perspectives about their careers as one of the aspects of diversity in the software industry. We demonstrate that trans people choose careers in software engineering for two primary reasons: greater environment safety and work flexibility.
