Optimization Method of Backbone Power Grid under Extreme Disaster Condition

In order to improve the power supply reliability, an optimization method of backbone power grid under extreme disaster condition was proposed. Firstly, the elasticity evaluation of power system under extreme meteorological disasters was analyzed. The backbone power grid scheme under normal operation was established by grey wolf optimizer (GWO) method. And the backbone power grid scheme under outage situation was optimized by introducing recovery index. Then the relevant examples were analyzed. It can be obtained that the proposed method can optimize the restoration power supply path of important loads and generator units. Reduce the risk of power restoration failure caused by multiple steps of power restoration process and improve power restoration efficiency. The power recovery time is only 105 minutes. The success rate of power restoration was increased by about 15%. The research results have reference significance for the research of power grid construction.
