Design and Implement of Spare Parts Allocation System for Power Communication Network

Based on the huge number and variety of spare parts, the difficulty of manual management and the low efficiency of allocation, the spare parts allocation system for power communication network Which consist of warehouse management module, spare parts allocation management module, statistical analysis module and basic data management module is designed and applied. The node alarm triggering algorithm is designed to prevent the lack of spare parts, while the overall alarm triggering strategy is proposed to be able to balance the inventory quantity of each node. The system can well improve the efficiency of spare parts resource utilization in power communication network and further strengthen the standardized management of the whole process from procurement to deployment of spare parts.
