Design of an Ultra-Wideband Omnidirectional Array Antenna

An ultra-wideband omnidirectional array using hollow biconical antenna as the array element is proposed, and the square coaxial power division network is inserted in the center of the antenna to realize one-to-four equal-amplitude and in-phase feed, thus achieving the high-gain omnidirectional beam coverage. The simulation results show that the antenna can achieve a gain of 5dBi, VSWR$\le$2.5, and out-of-roundness within 1dB in the 2.5-6GHz frequency band. The antenna array realizes the integrated design with the power division network, and has good application prospects.
