IoT Predictive Model for Caffeine Addiction

Although necessary for human flourishing, stress is still widely felt worldwide. However, problematic and unfavorable functioning may result when multiple severe pressures are applied repeatedly or simultaneously without relief. Given that caffeine is a psychoactive chemical primarily used to stimulate brain cells, the trend of its utilization among the general worldwide population has increased drastically. In this paper, initially, the dependence of individuals is discussed, and later on, an intelligent system is proposed that can keep track of the daily intake of caffeine in individuals and generate a warning if there are signs of caffeine overdose during the daily routine. Finally, a predictive AI model is developed with the help of R, and results from the trained and tested data are up to 95% accurate.
