Medi-Alerta: Design and Implementation of a Medical Device for Remote Monitoring and Operating

Telemedicine is one of the emerging technology for remote monitoring and operating on patients, many hospitals such as government hospitals face difficulties while monitoring patients as most of them are understaffed. To reduce problems faced by healthcare professionals. We came up with the idea of Medi-Alerta an alarming system to know the status of patients in the critical ward. Medi-Alerta is a technology developed based on telemedicine it acts as a monitoring as well as alerting system for notifying doctors about the patient's details in the critical ward or to call or alert the nurse using the caller button. It is integrated with IoT technology for stable, secure, and remote monitoring purposes and blockchain technology for secure storing of data.
