User-side integrated energy system evaluation index system and its application

In view of the lack of systematic research on the user-side integrated energy system evaluation indicators, starting from the overall performance of the integrated energy system, a scientific and systematic evaluation indicator system is proposed from the four aspects of energy efficiency, energy supply quality, cost-effectiveness, and environmental protection. Time series simulation and sequential Monte Carlo simulation give the calculation methods of each index. Taking the integrated energy system of a commercial-residential mixed zone in a northern city as an example, a simulation analysis is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation index system. The results show that the proposed evaluation index system can provide a basis for the decision-making of the user-side integrated energy system planning scheme.
