Pediment New Parameters for a Conjugate Gradient Method And Using it in Restoring Distorted Images

Conjugate gradient methods are considered one of the most important famous methods for solving unconstraint optimization problems; in addition to that they can be applied in engineering, medical and computer science fields. In this paper, presented new formulas for the conjugate gradient coefficient based mainly on the Taylor series of the quadratic model, and proved the new algorithms are globally convergent and fulfill the descent condition. The numerical results showed the efficiency of the proposed algorithms by comparing them with the famous FR algorithm and use the new algorithms to process the distorted images and remove the impulse noise, and the results were satisfactory.
