A Large Signal Modeling Method Based on MEA-BP Neural Network

To improve the problems of long period and low modeling accuracy of the traditional large signal modeling technique, an X-Parameter model based on mind evolutionary algorithm-back propagation (MEA-BP) neural network is established in this paper. It is proved by experiments that the MEA-BP neural network model can achieve the fit rate of 95% and mean square error (MSE) of 0.0057, which means that this model can accurately characterize the nonlinear characteristics of the power transistors.
