Characteristics and Method of Forming the User Information Portrait

The purpose of this study is to select the characteristics that form the information portrait of the user, as well as to develop a method of forming the information portrait of the user on the Internet, which aims to improve the targeting of information and the formation of the image of the user on the Internet. A selection of characteristics that form an information portrait of a user on the Internet, focused on improving the targeting of information or forming a user's image on the Internet, was made, which made it possible to develop a method of forming the user information portrait on the Internet. The developed method of forming the user information portrait makes it possible to determine the characteristics that form the user information portrait for the purpose of improving the targeting of information or for the purpose of forming the user's image on the Internet. An important aspect of the developed method is that when determining the characteristics that form an information portrait of a user for the formation of a user's image on the Internet, the degree of trust in the web resource, from which this or that characteristic is taken, is considered (the information portrait of the user includes only image characteristics, taken from web resources with the degree of trust of at least 50%).
