Mathematical modeling of toxic hepatitis in male Wistar rats

A mathematical model is considered in terms of the systemic dynamics of the state of toxic hepatitis in the body of animals. The pathological condition is experimentally achieved by subcutaneous injection of fixed doses of carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). The model presents generalized description of the body’s response in terms of differential equations of system dynamics. The parameters of the model description are objective indicators of organism destruction. Objective indicators characterize the degree of tissue damage, the functional activity of the organ, as well as the energy (potential) capabilities of the body. The results of using Mathematical Model of Generalized Dynamics make it possible to determine the degree of intoxication at which decompensation of the reaction to damage occurs and to establish the boundaries of the stationary state of the system. The results of the pathological process dynamics were obtained. The stability of the organism state was assessed according to the results of the objective indicators dynamics.
