Green Orientation & Organisation Performance in the Context of Sustainability

Innovation and environmental strategy are proposed as dynamic environmental skills in this research and their link and effect on hotel performance in Mumbai, India are examined. Environmental performance is positively associated with eco-innovation; however, this relationship is negatively associated with organisational performance. Our study gives a deeper knowledge of the use of environmental capabilities in value creation, but it also identifies limits and obstacles in their application in the hotel business.
