All-Optical N-Bit Reversible Complex Multiplier

In this paper we have explored the implementation of n-bit complex multiplier design using MZI-SOA and RSOATAND switch, employing the ancient Vedic mathematic principle Urdhva-Tiryakbhyam. In this work we have studied two methods of multiplication, we named it as Design CM1 and Design CM2 and in each method, we have proposed four models design using different proposed unified adder-subtractor circuit. Parameter in terms of optical cost and optical delay have been studied and comparative analysis of all the n-bit optical complex multiplier circuits have been observed in terms of optical cost and optical delay.
