Finite-Time Synchronization and Energy Consumption Prediction for Multilayer Fractional-Order Networks

The finite-time synchronization (FTS) of the prediction of the synchronization time and energy consumption is discussed for multilayer fractional-order networks (MFONs). First of all, according to fractional-order calculus properties, a sufficient criterion is obtained to guarantee the FTS for MFONs. Second, the bound on synchronization time and energy consumption prediction are obtained. Furthermore, the effect of the system order on energy consumption for MFONs is revealed. An example of a three-layer fractional network is given to illustrate the validity of results obtained in the end.
