Hidayat Ullah received the B.S. (Hons.) degree in electrical engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology at Peshawar, Peshawar, Pakistan, in 2001, the master’s (Hons.) degree in communications engineering from the University of Birmingham, Birmingham, U.K., in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2020.,He has worked as a Research Engineer with Career Telephone Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., Islamabad, Pakistan, from 2002 to 2004, on a multichannel digital radio (MCDR) system for rural areas.
