Biography
Toufique Ahmed Soomro (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in AI and image processing from Charles Sturt University, Australia, in 2018. He is currently an Associate Professor and the Head with the Department of Electronic Engineering, The University of Larkano, Pakistan. He is an accomplished academic with expertise in engineering and artificial intelligence (AI). He has made significant contributions to the field, with 61 research publications in AI for medical imaging. He has collaborated on projects related to AI for biomedical imaging with the Ministry of Education, Saudi Arabia, and Najran University.
