Biography

Yuxiong He is a distinguished AI Engineer with Snowflake, leading Large Language Model research and development. She co-leads the Arctic project for Snowflake's foundational models. Previously with Microsoft, She co-founded DeepSpeed, an open-source deep learning optimization library. Her innovations like ZeRO and 3D parallelism have significantly accelerated LLM processing. With more than 100 publications, including several best paper awards, Her research has been widely applied, contributing to AI democratization across various systems and products.(Based on document published on 27 December 2024).
