Biography
Chunhui Zhao (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2003, 2006, and 2009, respectively.,Since January 2012, she has been a Professor with the College of Control Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China.
