Biography
Ngoc-Phuc Le obtained his Ph.D. in telecommunication engineering at the University of Wollongong (UOW), Australia in 2015. He is currently a research fellow at the School of Engineering, Western Sydney University, Australia. Prior to that, he was a research assistant at Deakin University, Australia, and a visiting research fellow at UOW. He has also affiliated with the Faculty of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport, Vietnam, as a lecturer since 2005, and as Head of the Department of Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from 2015 to 2017. His research interests include energy-efficient wireless communications, multiple access techniques (NOMA/OMA), and short-packet transmissions for URLLC.(Based on document published on 15 September 2021).
