Biography
Luis Eduardo Caires was born on October 11, 1968. He received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from São Judas Tadeu University, São Paulo, SP, Brazil, in 1998, and the M.Sc. degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), São Paulo, in 2012.,Since 1987, he has been with the Institute of Energy and Environment (IEE), USP, where he specialized in short-circuit testing and interruption of high currents in electrical power equipment. He also oversees laboratory activities for the clothing laboratory (LeVe-IEE-USP), where he develops study activities related to these activities.(Based on document published on 12 October 2018).
