Biography
Manoj Upadhyay was born in Agra, India, in July 1982. He received the B.Tech. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, India, in 2004 and the M.Tech. degree in optical and wireless communication technologies from the Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat, India, in 2008.,From July 2008 to January 2009, he was with Siemens India Ltd. as an Engineer Trainee, working on the communication methodologies deployed in power plants. Since February 2009, he has been a Junior Telecom Officer with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd., New Delhi, India.
