Biography

Yao-Jiang Zhang (S’97–M’01–SM’11) received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 1991 and 1994, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in physical electronics from Beijing (Peking) University, Beijing, China, in 1999. From 1999 to 2001, he was with a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with Tsinghua University. He was a Senior Research Engineer and a Research Scientist with the Institute of High Performance Computing (IHPC), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore, From 2001 to 2006 and 2008 to 2010, respectively.
