Biography
Meng Yang (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in information engineering and the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, in 2008 and 2014, respectively. He was a Visiting Scholar with the University of California at San Diego, USA, from 2011 to 2012. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Xi’an Jiaotong University.
