Biography

Yahya Baykal received the Ph.D. degree from the Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences Department, Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, USA. He is a Professor and the Chairperson with the Department of Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Çankaya University, Ankara, Türkiye. He is the author of more than 220 SCI journal articles and more than 290 publications. His research interests include optical communication, optical wave propagation in atmospheric, underwater media, and telecommunications infrastructure.(Based on document published on 21 October 2024).
