Biography
Weilian Xue received the bachelor's and master's degrees from Liaoning Normal University, China, in 1989 and 2003, respectively, and the doctoral degree from the Dalian University of Technology, China, in 2011. She is a professor with the School of Government, Liaoning Normal University.
