Biography
Jingchun Huang received the M.S. degree in mechanical and electronic engineering and the Ph.D. degree in traffic information engineering and control from the Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, in 2003 and 2009, respectively. ,He is an Associate Professor with the School of Electrical Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University.
