Biography
Hiroyuki Sato (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from The University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, in 1985, 1987, and 1990, respectively. He is currently a Professor with the National Institute of Informatics, Tokyo. He is also a Project Professor of The University of Tokyo.
