Biography
Xutao Han was born in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China, in 1991. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an, China, in 2013 and the Ph.D. degree high voltage insulation technology in the same university. Currently, he is a teacher in the School of Aerospace Science and Technology, Xidian University, Xi'an, 710126, China.
