Biography
Xiaobo Qu (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in communication engineering from Xiamen University, Xiamen, China, in 2006 and 2011, respectively.,From 2009 to 2011, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, Champaign, IL, USA. From 2012 to 2019, he was a short-term Visiting Professor with the University of Gothenburg, Gothenburg, Sweden; The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong; and the University of Washington, Seattle, WA, USA.
