Biography
Osama A. Omer (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from South Valley University, in 2000 and 2004, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, in 2009. He has spent six months as a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Medical Engineering Department, University of Lübeck, Germany. He has also spent three months as a Postdoctoral Researcher with Kyushu University, Japan. The last but not least, he has spent six months as a Research and Development Scientist Engineer with the Nokia Research and Development Center, Tokyo, Japan, in 2008.
