Biography
Shengbo Hu received the B.Sc. degree from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 1985, the M.Sc. degree from the National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, China, in 1992, and the Ph.D. degree from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2006, all in communication engineering.,He is currently a Professor and the Dean of the School of Big Data and Computer Science, Guizhou Normal University, Guiyang, China. He has been funded as a member of the Academic Committee of the Key Laboratory of Electronic and Information Technology for Complex Space Systems, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Beijing, China.(Based on document published on 10 April 2023).
