Biography
Jiang Liu (jiangliu@bjtu.edu.cn) earned his bachelor’s and Ph.D. degrees from Beijing Jiaotong University, China, in 2007 and 2011, respectively. He is a professor with the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University. He is a member of Beijing Engineering Research Center of EMC and GNSS Technology for Rail Transportation, Beijing.
