Biography
Sebastian Maestri was born in Argentina in 1978. He was awarded his B.S. and Ph.D. degree in Electronics Engineering by the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata (UNMDP), Mar del Plata, Argentina, in 2005 and 2009, respectively.,He is currently with the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata.
