Biography
Mohd Aziz Aris (Member, IEEE) was born in Semporna Sabah in 1975. He received the diploma degree in electrical engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA Shah Alam in 1999, and the B.Eng. degree (Hons.) in electrical engineering (Communication) and the master’s and Ph.D. degrees from Universiti Teknologi MARA Shah Alam in 2003 and 2006, respectively. In 2006, he joined Universiti Teknologi MARA (Terengganu) as a Senior Lecturer. Active in research activities, he received three Fundamental Research Grant Schemes under the Ministry of Higher Education to lead the research on antenna design and non-destructive material measurement for RF applications.
